Alicia Keys has released her first single 'Doesn't Mean Anything' (a slow-drum beat with piano) off of her untitled fourth studio album. Keys has been busy collaborating with Whitney Houston on the hit single, 'Million Dollar Bill' and on his new single 'Empire State of Mind.' The fourth studio album release date has yet to be determined, but you can listen to 'Doesn't Mean Anything' on AOL Radio's New R&B First station.
