Lady GaGa has a new single titled 'Bad Romance,' to be featured on 'The Fame: Monster.' The album -- out November 23 -- is a re-release of her debut 'The Fame' with eight new tracks. A one-minute teaser (on piano) was performed by the diva Oct. 3 on SNL, but the new single is hitting the radio waves this morning, starting with its worldwide debut on BBC Radio in England. Produced by RedOne (who also worked on 'LoveGame' and 'Poker Face') the song is heavier and darker, but with an uptempo chorus.
