Lady GaGa's 'Bad Romance' bumped Jay Sean's 'Down' out of the The No. 1 spot after having a two-month reign on the Top 40 Pop Songs Chart. The Script's 'Breakeven' jumped 16 spots, while Miley Cyrus' dance anthem 'Party in the U.S.A' dropped 10 places.
