Lady Antebellum take home Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group With Vocals at this year's Grammy Awards. 'I Run to You' is the third single of their 2008 eponymous debut album. The song also won CMA Single of the year award in December and was nominated for a Grammy for Best Country Song -- but lost to Taylor Swift's 'White Horse.'
