Beyonce was the big winner at the 2010 Grammys, picking up six awards -- including Song Of The Year, Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, Best Female R&B Vocal Performance, Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance, Best R&B Song and Best Contemporary R&B Album. That's a record for most Grammy wins by a female.Beyonce may have won the most awards, but she lost Album of the Year to Taylor Swift who took home four Grammys. At 20 years old, Swift is the youngest artist ever to win Album of the Year. Her other three Grammy wins were for Best Female Country Vocal Performance, Best Country Song and Best Country Album.
Not too far behind the two divas were Black Eyed Peas, Jay-Z and Kings of Leon who each won three Grammys. Kings Of Leon picked up Record of the Year, Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song. Meanwhile, Black Eyed Peas took home Best Short Form Music Video, Best Pop Performance and Best Pop Vocal Album. 1. Beyonce has always been a force in the music industry and deserved every Grammy she won last night. I love her music and hope to have the opportunity to meet her one day. "Single Ladies" didn't win best music video at last year's Video Music Awards, but I don't think that bothers her. I think that everyone that won last night deserved it, including Taylor Swift and her four Grammys.
