Part of the Accord Crosstour multi-platform ad campaign, Honda has debuted a new commercial during the 2010 Super Bowl game. The commercial features an animated squirrel with an voracious appetite for storing delectables, while Kool & the Gang's 'Funky Stuff' rocks out in the background.
The R&B/funk tune is featured on Kool & the Gang's sixth studio album, 1973's 'Wild and Peaceful,' which also includes the popular track 'Jungle Boogie.' Both were club favorites -- 'Funky Stuff' even getting airplay on the TV music program 'Soul Train.'
This is a follow-up to Accord Crosstour "boxes" commercial, which also features polygonal animation and rhythmic music -- proving that the Accord Crosstour is an atypical alternative to the SUV.
