Eddy Grant is accusing Gorillaz's co-creator Damon Albarn for copyright infringement, claiming similarities between the keyboard section of Gorillaz's new single 'Stylo' and his 1983 disco hit 'Time Warp.' Apparently Grant and the Gorillaz are both on the EMI label, which makes Grant wonder why no one consulted him about the matter, stating the creators must have been aware of the clash.
