'Murder My Heart' is the first single off Michael Bolton's upcoming studio album 'One World One Love,' in stores May 4. Penned by Bolton, Lady Gaga, Mike Mani, and Jordan Omley, the piano-driven, mid-tempo track features GaGa, contributing heart-rending harmonies in the chorus.
The collaboration may initially sound unlikely, but Bolton is a vocal hero of Lady GaGa's, who starting working with the songstress back in 2008. "She reminded me of a young Madonna with more exuberance and emphasis on the art rather than the marketing," Bolton admits. "Her spontaneity and authenticity were beyond refreshing."
Another collaborator on the album is R&B crooner Ne-Yo, who lays down vocals for the track 'The Best,' produced by The JAM. Check out Michael Bolton's upcoming tour dates, and go to to AOL Radio's Lite Rock station to hear 'Murder My Heart.'
