Paramore 'The Only Exception' -- New Song

'The Only Exception,' gives us a different perception of Paramore's abilities. Featured on their most recent effort, 2009's 'Brand New Eyes,' the slower-tempo, acoustic track features sweet vocals by lead singer Haley Williams. In spite of young love's reputation -- the let downs and sometimes the unrealistic hope -- Williams sings about how she's still willing to try: "I've got a tight grip on reality / But I can't let go of what's in front of me here / I know your leaving / In the morning, when you wake up / Leave me with some kind of proof it's not a dream.

Quite a difference from the band's other hit singles -- 'Ignorance' and 'Brick by Boring Brick,' which boast more spunky pop-punk melodies. Helmed by Rob Cavallow, 'Brand New Eyes' was certified gold by the RIAA in January. Tune into AOL Radio's New Alternative First station to hear the band's third single.
