Bret Michaels -- who was rushed to the hospital late Thursday night due to a severe brain hemorrhage -- is still in intensive care. The Poison rocker's Facebook page reads that Michaels "remains in ICU under 24 hour surveillance. Further testing this week will help locate the source of the bleeding." PEOPLE reported on Friday that the singer had a "massive subarachnoid hemorrhage," and has been hospitalized since. Just before Thursday, Michaels wrote on his blog that he still wasn't fully recovered after his emergency appendectomy on April 13. "I'm not 100% yet ... I have to get my blood sugar back in order, because it's been all over the place because every day I've been real active and you're not supposed to move around yet."
