'Won't Back Down,' featuring pop diva Pink, continues the barrage of new songs from Eminem's forthcoming album 'Recovery.' Previous songs already revealed from the new record include the first single 'Not Afraid,' as well as Eminem's collaboration with Lil Wayne, 'No Love.' This time, Detroit's favorite son takes on a wide variety of topics, including Batman, pain pills, and Michael J. Fox in a dizzying, seemingly non-stop rap over muffled bass drums and a swirling hammond organ.
Pink, meanwhile, provides melodic color and a sense of context on the chorus: "You can sound the alarm / You can call out your guards / You can fence in your yard / But I won't back down."
'Recovery' is expected in stores June 22; In the meantime, you can hear 'Won't Back Down' by Eminem and Pink on AOL Radio's New Hip-Hop First station.
