New Orleans based rapper and business mogul Bryan "Birdman" Williams has just unveiled a track entitled 'Loyalty,' which serves as the first single from his upcoming new album 'Bigger Than Life.' Birdman's frequent rhyme partner, the currently incarcerated Lil Wayne, also appears on the song, along with rising star Tyga. 'Loyalty' blends a lush mix of '70s style soul strings and keyboards with a percolating rhythm track, as the trio describes the difficulties of blending a loving family with the dangerous, paranoid life of a drug dealer: "Gray smoke in my house alarm / Countin' cash every morning before I leave home / Family I love, don't wanna leave this world alone / I pray to God I won't / Loyalty is all I know."
'Bigger Than Life,' Birdman's fifth studio album, is expected to be released in September of 2010. Until then, you can show your 'Loyalty' to him by listening for his new single on AOL Radio's New Hip-Hop First station.
