We have received some feedback from users who are experiencing a Flash Player pop-up error that prevents the user from switching stations or doing anything else. We have identified the cause and hope to have an updated player out next week that prevents this issue.
If you are, however, seeing this pop-up, you can disable it by doing the following steps:
Close the window and reload AOL Radio at http://www.aolradio.com. You should be able to use the web player now without any obstructions. Please visit this link in your browser:
http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html
1) You will be at a page that says 'Flash Player Help' at the top and 'Website Storage Settings panel' underneath.
Underneath 'Visited Websites' find and click on player.play.it. (see image below)
2) Drag the slider above that window (see above) to the right until it says 1 MB. If you'd like, you can increase the storage size further by moving the slider to the right to 10MB or higher.
We apologize for any inconvenience and again, hope to have a fix in place by next week. If you have any other trouble, please contact us at the 'Feedback' link above.

1. When did this radio change? Also I cannot put any presets nor did my old ones move over. Also, My teenage kids tease my wife and I about AOL and "who uses THAT" anymore? I know presets get wiped out with harddrive cleaning (i think) I wish they were tied to regular AOL and when you sign on the would re populate or something....How do I make presets work? I like listening at work but I may have to find another way....Tks from a very, very long time AOL customer....
