Long-running punk pioneers Bad Religion return with 'The Devil in Stitches,' the first studio version of a song from their upcoming album 'The Dissent of Man.' Several songs from the new album were premiered live on the band's recent 30th anniversary tour.

The track is a throwback blast of punk rock simplicity, mixed with undeniable pop hooks and unexpectedly sunny melodies.

The track seems to be celebrating finding a soul mate, or at least a partner in crime, among the chaos of modern life: "Across the yellow sun we'll run / Because the devil in stitches only has his fun / Performing for the chosen one / We can run."

'The Dissent of Man,' due out Sept. 28, will be Bad Religion's 15th studio album, and marks the first time in their history that the same lineup has recorded four straight albums together.

What's that you say? September's too far away? Well, you don't have to wait until fall to listen to 'The Devil in Stitches,' it's in rotation right now over at AOL Radio's Punk U station.
