Sequel-obsessed rapper Fabolous promises to turn your 'Lights Out' on a new song of the same name from his album 'There Is No Competition 2: The Grieving Music Mixtape.' Unlike most mixtapes, this one is available to purchase in stores.
The coffin and tombstone from the EP's cover set the tone perfectly for the spooky, haunted-house keyboards and zombie-speed bass featured on the song.
Fabolous walks confidently through this mental graveyard, threatening whoever it was that questioned his supremacy: "It's clap on clap off in this b---- / Don't make me turn off your on switch / You couldn't see me in the daytime with a flashlight / I got my cash right son / I don't see nobody / I don't see nobody."
'There Is No Competition 2: The Grieving Music Mixtape' is the follow-up to 'There Is No Competition 2: Funeral Service,' which came out earlier this year. That was the sequel to 2008's 'There Is No Competition' mixtape. Both of this year's mixtapes were released to create attention for yet another sequel, Fabolous' upcoming full-length studio record 'Loso's Way 2,' which is scheduled to be released on Nov. 23.
Got all that? OK, good. Now head on over to AOL Radio's New Hip-Hop First station and turn on 'Lights Out' by Fabolous before he starts coming up with even longer album names.
