Teen superstar Selena Gomez is back with the second single and title track from her upcoming album 'A Year Without Rain.' The uptempo profession of young love follows 'Round and Round,' which was released earlier this summer.
The upbeat pop keyboards and peppy vocals you'd expect, and her legions of fans would demand, mix with subtle electronic music touches such as processed vocals and distorted synths as Gomez tries to make it through the day without her beloved:
"Don't know if it a mirage / But I always see your face / I'm missing you so much / Can't help that I'm in love / A day without you is like a year without rain / I need you by my side / Don't know how I'll survive."
Selena will wrap up a summer tour of state fairgrounds on Nov. 16 in Columbus, Ohio. 'A Year Without Rain,' the album, will be in stores everywhere on Sept. 21. While you're waiting, you can enjoy the single over on AOL Radio's Kids Pop station.
