In Emily Osment's second single, 'Lovesick,' she compares uncontrollable love to the feeling of a nonstop party.
Osment takes a departure from the pop rock sound she displayed on previous hit singles like 'All The Way Up,' and 'You Are the Only One,' opting instead for a much more club-friendly, electro-infused approach. It's precisely this electrified sound that gives the song its persistent and infectious energy.
As the former Disney star takes her fans along her adrenaline-fueled ride, we find the songstress truly wrapped up in a very serious kind of love. As she says, "You got me high / You got me low / You make me go out of control."
'Lovesick' is featured on Osment's new album, 'Fight or Flight,' which hits stores on Oct. 5. 'Fight or Flight' follows her 2009 debut EP, 'All the Right Wrongs.' To hear more from Emily Osment, tune in to the New Pop First station on AOL Radio.
