Remixed by engineer Eddie Kramer, the electric trill-infused track was originally featured on the Experience's 1967 debut classic album, 'Are You Experienced.'
'West Coast Seattle Boy' includes over four hours (45 songs) of rare, and previously unreleased, Hendrix demos, live versions and other alternate versions of songs -- all presented as a five-disc deluxe box set (four CDs and 1 DVD).
The collection encapsulates Jimi's musical transition, heard through an accumulation of previously unreleased recordings of songs from 'Are You Experienced,' 'Axis: Bold As Love' and 'Electric Ladyland.'
Highlights include rare versions of 'Love or Confusion,' 'Fire,' Bob Dylan's 'Tears of Rage' and 'Hear My Freedom,' as well as live versions from Berkeley and the legendary Band of Gypsys Fillmore East concert on New Year"s Eve 1969.
To hear the alternate version of 'Love or Confusion,' tune in to AOL Radio's Adult Rock station.

1. ...btw 'love or confusion' doesn't seem to be in the AOL radio player playlist...clicking the links above doesn't let you listen to the new Hendrix mix as advertised...
