Kanye West keeps his weekly 'G.O.O.D. Friday' series rolling by unearthing 'Don't Stop,' a previously unreleased track from Child Rebel Soldier, the three-headed rap supergroup featuring himself, Pharell and Lupe Fiasco.
The trio take turns dropping extended, unaccompanied rhymes over the fuzzy synthesizers, Prince-style chord changes and clattering Latin production of the infectious backing track.
Kanye goes last and sums up the spirit of both the group and the track within his verses: "Yes, Mr. West / Turned that new child rebel / Loud as a bada-- child level / Who need a chorus? / We do it Tyrannosaurus."
Fiasco recently told MTV that the track comes from sessions the group did around the time of Kanye's 2008 'Glow in the Dark' world tour, although he notes it's possible West has re-worked his verses since then.
It's unclear if there are any plans for future collaborations for this group, as each member will be releasing other records soon. Fiasco's third solo album is expected out in early 2011, West's 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' is due Nov. 22, and Pharrell's band N.E.R.D. will put out their fourth album, 'Nothing,' on Nov. 2.
