For five days, over 50 artists will bombard Montreal, Canada, for the 11th installment of Mutek, an international showcase of minimal electronic music. This year's event will be held June 2-6. Tickets vary from $25 to $35 per day, the three-day weekend is $130, and a five-day passport costs $210. Get ready for some heartbeat-syncing beats -- see the full lineup after the jump!

With Shinedown headlining alongside Chevelle, Puddle of Mudd, Sevendust, and 10 Years Its Inaugural Year, the Carnival of Madness Tour is born.

Long live the revolution! Suoni Per Il Popolo (Sounds for the People, for the laymen) is a mashup of all things out of the ordinary: jazz, noise, electronica, turntable art, soundscapes, experimental rock, electronica, musique actuelle and spoken word. Now in its 10th year, Suoni Per Il Popolo will be rocking Montreal June 6-23.

This show ain't for the thrifty: all-access passes cost $225 if purchased before May 10, after which the price jacks up to $325. But the lineup is worth it, featuring Evan Parker, Matthew Shipp, Vandermark 5 and more. Check out the entire lineup below!

Primavera Sound Festival isn't necessarily about indie rock -- it's about independent artists of any style. Pop, rock, electronic, you name it -- it's here.

Previous performers include Arcade Fire and Aphex Twin. This year's lineup has equally big names, with Pavement and the Pixies headlining, as well as Surfer Blood, Sleigh Bells and Yeasayer in the lineup, amongst others. The event will be held May 27-29 at Parc del Forum, Barcelona. Tickets cost 180 €.

Think music festivals have lost their soul and sold out for big corporate bucks? Meet All Tomorrow's Parties, an annual event that's all about keeping it intimate. Founded in 1999 by Barry Hogan, All Tomorrow's Parties is a sponsor-free festival of rock and indie rock that started in England and expanded to the States in 2002.

ATP UK will be held in Butlin's Holiday Centre, Minehead, UK from May 7-9, featuring artists like Iggy and the Stooges and Joanna Newson. Tickets start at £327.00 and max out at £1,216.30.

ATP U.S. will be held at Kutsher's Country Club, Monticello, New York, from September 3-5. Tickets cost $110 for Friday, $120 for Saturday, or $250 for the weekend. Big names also include Iggy and the Stooges, as well as Sonic Youth and The Brian Jonestown Massacre.

Get ready to dance your face off Down Under. Creamfields Australia 2010 will feature acts like The Bloody Beetroots Death Crew 77 and MSTRKRFT and hit up four cities across the continent: Sydney on May 1, Perth on May 2, Brisbane on May 3, and Melbourne on May 8.

Creamfields is an annual international dance tour, starting in 1998 in the UK. Now in its 12th year, it's hitting Australia for the first time, so get ready! Tickets will run you $113 AUD for Sydney, and $107 each for Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane. Worth it? Check out the lineup below to see for yourself.

From May 29-30, Detroit will be rocking with Movement (formerly known at the Detroit Electronic Music Festival) -- appropriate, since Detroit is generally considered to be where techno originated.

Nearly 100 artists will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of the festival on four stages. Tickets cost $55 for the weekend pass and $150 for the VIP pass, which includes private check-in, special VIP area access, private bar and private bathroom, amongst other perks. Who's playing?
