The Expedia commercial showing building blocks of a "Girls Weekend" features the upbeat song 'Low Day' by vintage rock band Capra. Formed in 2006, the Los Angeles-based band is heavily influenced by the catchy beats of classic '60s rock music and soulful funk. The band's lead singer, Kelly Blatz, currently stars in Disney's live-action show 'Aaron Stone.' Also making up the band are brothers bassist Paul and guitarist Jeff Laliberte, guitarist Shelby Archer, and drummer Michael Johnson. Although the commercial plays few song lyrics, the catchy instrumentals work well for a travel commercial.
