'Somebody's Heartbreak' is a fun, mid-tempo song that was co-written with country veterans Andrew Dorff and Luke Laird. It's another love track from 21-year-old Hayes, who appears to be on a fast track to fame. Hayes voice is strong throughout the song, working best when he matches the inflection in music when necessary in the tune. The single is simple yet filled with emotion and is as powerful as his last single 'Wanted.' He passionately sings "be mine," to a girl who he wants to fall in love with. He adds in the song: "Well I guess that all I'm trying to tell you, is a minute with you girl, is better than two without."
His album, 'Hunter Hayes' peaked as a top five country album when it was released this past October. Hayes is currently opening for Carrie Underwood on her 'Blown Away' tour. Fans can listen to his latest right now on AOL Radio's New Country First.
