Fueled By Ramen
Panic at the Disco have released 'Ready to Go' (Get Me Out of My Mind), the latest single from the duo's 'Vices and Virtues' album.
The up-tempo song is crafted with a bright arrangement of instruments, backing the sentiment that singer Brendan Urie conveys. He is singing to a girl, who he describes as "a vision with nowhere to go," and encourages her to make a change and leave with him.He urges, "So tell me right now / You think you're ready for it / I wanna know why you got me going / So let's go / Well take it outta here / I think I'm ready to leap, I'm ready to live."
'Ready to Go' follows the release of 'The Ballad of Mona Lisa,' the first single from the band's third studio album. 'Vices and Virtues' marks the debut of the group as a duo.
Panic at the Disco is currently on tour in the UK, and will kick off their North American run on May 22 in Boston, Mass. For a full list of dates, visit TourTracker.
