New Amazon Kindle 'Fly Me Away' Commercial -- What's the Song?

To present the new Amazon Kindle, the electronic commerce company staged a couple reading their Kindles contently on the beach, while featuring Annie Little's lofty, piano-led song, 'Fly Me Away.'

Annie Little is part of the duo Little & Ashley (alongside Mark Ashley), who were involved with several stop-motion commercials promoting the Kindle. Those commercials were a result of a Amazon-winning contest, helmed by photographer Angela Kohler and director Ithyle Griffiths. 'Fly Me Away' was originally used in the first Amazon Kindle ad, which also stars Little.

The all-new Kindle boasts enhanced display, faster navigation, a 21% smaller size while holding up to 35,000 books -- all at a reasonably-priced $139.

Darius Rucker, 'Charleston, SC 1966' -- 2010 New Album Preview

Two years after , Hootie and the Blowfish frontman Darius Rucker struck gold with his certified platinum country album 'Learn to Live,' the renaissance man is back, with a brand new album titled 'Charleston, SC 1966.'

In July, Rucker announced that his new album would hit stores on Oct. 12, replete with 12 new country songs he put together with producer Frank Rogers -- the same man with whom Rucker collaborated to create 'Learn to Live.'

The title of his new album is reportedly a tribute to three very important things in Rucker's life: his hometown of Charleston, the year of his birth, and Radney Foster's debut solo album, 'Del Rio, TX 1959' -- an album that indelibly influenced Rucker's artistic career. "It was his voice," Rucker told the AP. "It was really the first time where I had heard country music where I thought, 'Man, I could sing that.' I always liked it, but it was always, I never really knew I could play it. But then I heard Radney and it was like, 'Wow, that guy's amazing.'"

'Glee' Season 2 Commercial -- What's the Song?

As we approach the season 2 premiere of 'Glee' on Sept. 21, Fox reveals in a new commercial that this year's nationals are in New York City, while the city's anthem, Jay-Z and Alicia Keys' 'Empire State of Mind' blares in the background. While we expect to follow New Directions through sectional, regional and eventually the national competition in the City, the club will also be pushing the envelope musically, branching out from "showtunes and '80s pop tunes," to produce what Mr. Schuester hopes "a giant wall of sound."

Obviously you've all heard the anthemic, genre-bending song that was released last October as the third single from Jay-Z's 11th studio album, 'The Blueprint 3.' But did you know the song's chunky piano melody was sampled from a The Moments 1974 hit, 'Love on a Two-Way Street'? Or better yet, were you aware that the song was penned by singer-songwriter and producer Angela Hunte and Jane't "Jnay" Sewell-Ulepic, the former a Brooklyn-native who grew up in the same building as Jay-Z, mentioned in the song as "560 State Street"?

Blake Shelton, 'Who Are You When I'm Not Looking' -- New Song

Blake Shelton Who Are You When I'm Not Looking Courtesy of Reprise Records

'Who Are You When I'm Not Looking' is Blake Shelton's second single off his recently released EP, 'All About Tonight.'

The melodically-strolling, mid-tempo ballad has Shelton questioning his muse about her fetishes, especially the ones he never sees: "Do you break things when you get mad / Eat a box of chocolate 'cause you're feeling bad / Do you paint your toes 'cause you bite your nails."

'All About Tonight' is the second installment of Shelton's "Six Pak" series, following the March-released 'Hillbilly Bone.' To hear 'Who Are You When I'm Not Looking,' check out AOL Radio's New Country First station.

Cali Swag District & Michael Jackson, 'Where You Are' -- New Song

Cali Swag District

Cali Swag District, the same group that taught us all how to 'Dougie,' has just come out with a brand new song, titled 'Where You Are.' And, this time around, they've decided to sample a classic hit from none other than Michael Jackson.

The centerpiece of the new song is Jackson's 1972 hit 'I Wanna Be Where You Are,' which has been previously covered by Marvin Gaye and The Fugees, among others. In the hands of Cali Swag District, though, the song truly takes on an entirely new form.

Although Jackson's timeless voice and early Motown influence pervade the new song, Cali Swag District's lyrical dexterity and flow add a distinctly hip-hop hue to their musical mosaic. With each rapper taking his turn to drop a tight rhyme, the men from Inglewood, Ca. firmly put their own stamp on an undeniably classic R&B anthem.
