When you've finished the last of your candy corn and licked your fingers clean from devouring turkey legs, feast your ears to Christmas music sung by Neil Diamond, Bob Dylan, and Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli, while you festively decorate or host family and loved ones. But don't overlook some of this season's Christmas albums that include original compositions: Tori Amos' 'Midwinter Graces' includes self-written 'A Silent Night With You,' 'Snow Angel,' and 'Winter's Carol,' while Sting's 'If on a Winter's Night...' steers clear of the familiar, leaning more towards formal madrigals in 'You Only Cross My Mind in Winter' and 'The Hounds of Winter.'
