Even though they broke up before recording an album together, Ashanti and Nelly did collaborate professionally as evidenced by the release of a new track called 'NY Lover,' which they apparently recorded back when they were still together. The song is about long distance relationships. The Grammy Award-winning songstress is currently working on a new, still untitled album with Dr. Dre, The Game, Tank, Common, Dark Child and LT Hutton.
