Kelly Rowland's song, 'Rose Colored Glasses,' explores the subtle ways that perspective can truly change everything. The new single, produced by Dr. Luke, opens with an electro crescendo that sets the stage for Rowland and her silky-smooth voice.
As the music progresses, the five-time Grammy winner tells a story of a relationship that, on the outside, seems troubled. As she explains, though, the naysayers on the sidelines "don't know what I know / They never seen that part of you / They know the lies, I know the truth." Kelly Rowland may be wearing rose colored glasses, but at least everything she sees through them is beautiful.
'Rose Colored Glasses' is featured on Rowland's eponymous album -- hitting stores Sept. 21 -- and follows her David Guetta-produced track, 'Commander.'
