The new single, by this young star from Georgia, opens with an aggressive electric guitar riff, before Aldean sets the stage for his party. Against a backdrop of frenetic drums, Aldean describes the kind of old school, country-style debauchery that characterizes his kinda party -- where, as he says, "You can find me at the back of a jacked-up tailgate / Sittin' round watchin' all these pretty things."
'My Kinda Party' is written by Southern rock musician Brantley Gilbert, who also teamed up with Aldean to write 'The Best of Me,' featured on the Georgian's 2009 smash hit album 'Wide Open.'
