Keri Hilson urges everyone to not hate on 'Pretty Girl Rock, ' her new song off her upcoming album, 'No Boys Allowed.'
Produced by Ne-Yo and Chuck Harmony, the track weaves in piano trills, prominent backbeats, ska slang "eh"s and self-awareness, as now-blond Keri confidently pleads for those to not "hate because I'm beautiful." Don't judge her for being vain however, as she explains that the record is meant to be an anthem for all women out there, because all women are beautiful:
"Get yourself together don't hate, jealous is the ugliest trait / I can talk about it 'cause I know that I'm pretty / If you know it too then ladies sing it with me."
'Pretty Girl Rock' follows Keri Hilson's single 'Breaking Point.' A release date for her forthcoming album, 'No Boys Allowed,' has yet to be announced. Be sure to "do the pretty girl rock" with Keri over on AOL Radio's New R&B First station.
