Kesha has just released, 'Blow,' a new dance-pop track from her latest EP 'Cannibal.'
In the song, she exclaims, "This place about to blow," repeating the line four times in a stuttering, Auto-Tuned voice that carries the chorus over a skittering electro beat.
Her sassy, brash lyrics portray nothing more than a desire to have a good time at the club: "We're taking control / We get what we want / We do what you don't / Dirt and glitter cover the floor / We're pretty and sick / We're young and we're bored."
Later, Kesha rap-sings, "Go insane, go insane / Throw some glitter / Make it rain on 'em / Let me see them Hanes."
Produced by hitmakers Max Martin, Dr. Luke and Benny Blanco, 'Blow' joins the list of recent explosive songs that includes Taio Cruz's 'Dynamite,' Katy Perry's 'Firework' and Bruno Mars' 'Grenade.'
'Blow' could continue Kesha's string of success over the past year. Her first five solo singles all reached the Top 10, with 'Tik Tok' and 'We R Who We R' hitting No. 1. Tune in to AOL Radio's New Pop First station to hear 'Blow.'
