Jennifer Lopez, 'On the Floor' Feat. Pitbull -- New Song

Jennifer Lopez reinforces her renaissance woman status with the release of her new single, 'On the Floor,' featuring Pitbull.

The 'American Idol' judge collaborated with producer RedOne on the track, which, as the title suggests, is primed for a night out at the club.

She sings: "If you go hard, you gotta get on the floor / If you're a party freak, then step on the floor / If you're an animal, then tear up the floor/ Break a sweat on the floor / Yeah, we work on the floor."

Lopez teased the release of the song on Twitter last week, tweeting to her producer. "I see u @RedOne_Official! We're making BIG things happen 'On the Floor' this new year!!!"

The multi-talented artist then premiered the track on Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Jan. 18, and said she would appear on the program on Jan. 19. "Fun talking to you on the carpet last night ... look forward to catching up Wednesday morning on air!!!" she wrote.
