At just 22 years of age, Ca$h Out has been on the rise since the release of his mixtape, 'It's My Time' in March of 2012. After 'Cashin' Out' received Gold certification from the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America), it was apparent that the young rapper was on the road to success. 'Hold Up' follows suit and picks up where 'Cashin' Out' left off. Produced by Beat Billionaire (producer for Maybach Music Group), 'Hold Up' really highlights the vocals in the song the most. Ca$h Out shows off his flow, which has that calm and collected vibe to it, and Wale follows the leader and adds his own flavor to the song. "See rack working no I step first/Like a DDT to these *******/Hold up, get Patron in my soda/That blue dot and no rock and that dude shock with no cola." Though the beat is very simple, the production is designed to showcase the talent of Ca$h Out and Wale, and it accomplishes it perfectly. With the release of the music video earlier this week, 'Hold Up' is another powerful single showing fans what to expect come mid-December.
'Hold Up' is available for digital download now. Ca$h Out's debut studio album 'Patience' is set to drop on December 18th. Hear 'Hold Up' first on AOL Radio's New Hip-Hop First.
