Fueled by Ramen
As the follow-up to Fun.'s #1 single, 'We Are Young,' 'Some Nights' is another energetic, catchy track. The bold, pop single may not be as successful as its predecessor, but is becoming another radio favorite, with cheerful beats and resonating lyrics that are easy to sing along to. The song which makes references to frontman Nate Ruess's family is about being an underdog and figuring out life's plans. Reuss triumphantly sings in the song: "What do I stand for? Most nights, I don't know anymore."
The album was ultimately titled 'Some Nights,' because according to Ruess the song "sums up who they are as a band." The album has reached #1 on the rock charts and peaked at #3 on the Billboard 200. Fun. is currently promoting the album on their world tour. You can rock out to 'Some Nights' right now on AOL Radio's Fresh 40.
