will.i.am and Britney Spears -- 'Scream and Shout' -- New Song

will.i.am has collaborated with Britney Spears for his latest single off his upcoming album, '#willpower.' The two had recently collaborated on Spears' album 'Female Fatale.' 'Scream and Shout' sets the tone by featuring a sample of Spears' lyric, "It's Britney bitch" from her popular 2007 single, 'Gimme More.'

The party anthem features the two trading vocals about having a great time out. The song is an upbeat dance, electro-pop song with elements of dubstep included. The song is heavily edited, with elements of autotune, synthesizers, and repetitive, almost robotic lyrics. Spears' voice is almost unrecognizable as she raps in some of the song's verses, sounding like a more-subdued Nicki Minaj with a deeper, darker voice which sets the tone for the track. Still, Spears' normal voice is used as well to strengthen the meat of the song and it is a catchy beat that is sure to tear up the club scene.

'#willpower' is scheduled to be released on December 10th following numerous delays. The album already has five singles and will feature collaborations from Jennifer Lopez, David Guetta, Alicia Keys, Justin Bieber, and many more prominent artists.
