'New Perspective'
This is another one that just came out. The melody is amazing and is just such a catchy ditty, I'm going to go listen to it right now too...if your reading this you should too, haha.
Panic at the Disco New Perspective

'Remember the Time'
Obviously I have to have an MJ song on here; I like this one over his other ones because it has always just resonated with me, and they play it when I go out in LA a lot and it reminds me of good times with friends.
Michael Jackson Remeber the Time

'Absolute'
This is my most contemporary choice...I think it should be their next single...I think it is a really amazing song and it was produced by the same person (Erin Johnson) that produced my album that we are putting out really soon. This song was the reason I wanted to work with Erin on my new album.
The Fray Absolute

'Free Fallin'
I remember watching this video on MTV when I was young and being inspired to make music. I mean that guy just bangs out so many hits...he has a real feel for melody.
Tom Petty Free Fallin

'Lost!'
The production on this song is amazing ...this is just one of those songs you can never listen to too many times...just one of those songs you're excited to hear every time it comes on the shuffle.
Coldplay Lost

'Party All the Time'
Watch the video, then we can talk about this one....it is the most amazing piece of cinematography ever...hahahaha, I love it so much, and the song makes me wanna party all the time.
Eddie Murphy Party all the Time

'Butterfly'
This is the first song I ever learned on the guitar. It became very sentimental to me and I later even used it as a reference in one of my songs...it's in [the song] 'Your Call'...the butterfly early summer line is a reference to singing this song on the beach in the early summer months.
Weezer Butterfly
03
'Holiday in Spain'
It was the first song that made me love the Counting Crows; it's about being on the road and not looking back...and I can relate to that now in my life more than ever.
Counting Crows Holiday in Spain

'Long Goodnight'
This was a song I listened to a million times while I was having a really difficult time and it was my therapy at the time...I literally listened to this song over and over again for an entire week.
The Get Up Kids Long Goodnight

'Yesterday'
This is, in my opinion, one of the best songs ever written. It is so simple and so effective. I have loved this song my entire life...enough said.
