Zac Brown Band has won this year's Grammy Award for Best New Artist. The band has already earned four top 10 charting singles ('Chicken Fried,' 'Toes,' 'Whatever It Is' and 'Highway 20 Ride') on the Billboard country charts -- three of them released in 2009. All four songs are featured on their 2008 'The Foundation,' which was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Country Album in 2009, but lost to George Strait's album 'Troubadour.'

In the world of country music its OK to pander to the right wing but the Dixie Chicks were given crap for questioning war. Country tries hard to be cool but they still want mega bucks pandering to mythical America.
