Keith Urban sings about a protagonist's unrequited love on his new single, 'Put You in a Song.'

Off Urban's upcoming new album, 'Get Closer,' the twangy rocker -- and first single off the album -- features staccato guitar riffs and hopeful lyrics of getting a girl, stating that a love song may be the closest way in doing so: "I wanna put you in my car and drive / And turn you up loud, roll down all the windows and shout it out / I love this girl."

'Get Closer' will be released Nov. 16 and is co-produced by Urban and Dann Huff. The latter's producing credits include records by Faith Hill, Trisha Yearwood, Reba McEntire, Suzy Bogguss, Lonestar and Rascal Flatts, among others.

5. Loving this song! It has a great beat and it is a song that lends itself to riding down the highway, with the windows open and the stereo cranked up!! What a fun song.

This song is absolutely amazing!! it hasn't even been out for a week yet, and i know every single word. it's the only thing i have been listening to ... on repeat, for hours straight. it's so upbeat and catchy, and just plain cute! it totally deserves to be a number 1! i cannot wait to hear the rest of the album!!

8. This is such a great song! I keep trying to catch it on radio, but have to admit I purchased it and am listening over and over. It is another absolutely terrific song by the amazing Keith Urban. Cannot wait for the whole album and will be first in line to buy and buy it!! Hopefully it will soon be all over radio, since I DO love to listen to radio!!
